Thank
you for choosing The Springs Mesquite, managed by
All Seasons Resort Lodging. Please read the
following information carefully to ensure the
accuracy of your reservation.
The
Springs Deposit/Cancellation Policy:
A deposit equal to the amount of two nights lodging
is due at time of booking, with the remaining
balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking
occurs within 30 days of arrival, full payment is
due at time of booking. Cancellations prior to 30
days of arrival are charged a $100 per unit fee. If
reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival,
full payment is non-refundable. Cancellations made
within 48 hours of initial booking are fully
refundable. There are no refunds for late arrivals,
early departures, and no-shows.
No Smoking / No Pet Policy:
Smoking, or having pets in the rooms is prohibited
at all times. There is a $250.00 fine for violation
of this policy.
Office Hours: Office
hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, Monday thru
Friday. If you have questions at any time, feel free
to contact the office at 702.345.7670. If you expect
to arrive outside of regular business hours, please
see the “After hours Check In” section below.
Check In: Check in
times are approximate. We will be happy to check you
in earlier if your unit is available. Please have
the following items available when checking in: a
valid Drivers License or Passport, and a Major
Credit Card for identification.
After hours Check In:
If you will be arriving after regular business
hours, you are invited to call the office during
business hours for instructions on late check in
procedures. If you arrive after hours, or at another
time when the office is closed, please call
702.234.8892 for your check in instructions.
Tax: The City of
Mesquite requires a lodging tax of 9% on all stays
of less than 30 consecutive days.
Furnishings: Though we
try to honor your special requests, we cannot
guarantee a specific condominium to you. All
condominiums are fully equipped and furnished – the
actual furnishings will vary from condo to condo.
The kitchens are all stocked with dishes,
appliances, and utensils for your use and
convenience.
Linens: Linens are
provided for your use. However, they are not
replaced during your stay. Each condo has its own
washer and dryer if you choose to wash your
sheets/towels. Sheet change services are available
for additional fees. Each unit has 8 bath towels –
we do not have additional towels available. Pool
towels and accessories are not available. If you
feel you may need more towels or a beach towel of
sorts, you are invited to bring your own. An initial
supply of bathroom tissue, bathroom soap & shampoo
are provided for your convenience upon check in.
Replacement supplies can be purchased at nearby
stores.
Communications: Each
condo has a private telephone for local calling.
Long distance calls can be made with a calling card
or credit card. Your unit’s telephone number can be
provided for you at check in if you will be
expecting outside calls. Wireless internet is
available in the clubhouse free of charge if you
have a lap top computer with wireless capabilities.
Housekeeping: We
provide a thorough cleaning and fresh linens before
each occupancy. Housekeeping during your stay is up
to you. You can arrange a professional cleaning
during your stay for an additional charge (make
advance arrangements with the office). We also
include check-out cleaning with your rental. If
excessive cleaning is required, the additional
charges will be due immediately and charged to your
credit card.
Mail: If you will be
expecting mail while you are here with us, you may
have your mail addressed to you: c/o The Springs,
720 Tamarix Way, Mesquite, NV 89027
Smoking/Pets: Smoking
and pets are prohibited in the units at all times.
Amenities: An outdoor
pool (heated mid-February through November) and hot
tub (heated year round) are available for your use
at the clubhouse. The clubhouse also features a
lounge area with couches and kitchen, and a work out
facility complete with all-in-one bench, two bikes,
a tread-mill, and an elliptical.
Parking: Each unit has
its own private attached garage. Additional parking
is available throughout the complex. RV/trailer
parking is also available.
LONG TERM RESERVATIONS: (more than 8 nights)
Reservations require a $500.00 deposit. Any
cancellations or revisions up to 45 days prior
to arrival will result in a $50.00
administration fee. Thereafter, a two night
penalty will be withheld. No-shows and early
departures will be considered cancellations and
are subject to the terms above.
